The TEC-150 HD is the most powerful collaring machine for Schedule 40 pipes. Collars can be made on pipes with wall thicknesses up to 12.7 mm (0.5’’). The maximum collar size is Ø 168.1 mm (6”). For Schedule 40 pipes, this means that collars can be opened on operated pipes with a diameter of up to Ø 406.4 mm (16”). Larger Schedule 40 pipes have a higher wall thickness.

From pilot hole milling to a full bevel branch, the entire process can be carried out on a single workstation.
