The S-54 TBC (Pipe Branch Machine) is an automatic, advanced collaring system. It is used for the automatic production of manifolds for optimal utilization of floor space. This system comes with PC-controls and is fully programmable with 2-axis motion controls. An optional barcode reader can be added to the control to read production data and select the correct program.

The pipe is connected to the Pipe Branch Machine at both ends. A suitable collar opening program is selected from the PC controls and the automatic cycle is started. TBC opens all collars according to the selected program.

Clamping tools (for operated pipes)
- The clamping tools are changed each time the diameter of the pipe being operated changes.
- Clamps for both pipe ends, including fittings.
