Semi-automatic unit for the production of small-volume T-DRILL collars

The T-DRILL HFT-2000 Hand Feed Table is a manually operated device for use with T-DRILL T-35 or T-65 collaring machines.

Bent pipes can also be fixed to the tray.

The standard version is for pipes up to 2000 mm (79”) long. The capacity of the main HFT machine can be increased with optional, easy-to-install 2000 mm (79”) extension modules. The main HFT machine can be extended with as many modules as required.

With the HFT 2000 you can produce twenty 28 mm (NS 1’’) spouts in less than ten minutes without moving the pipe. This device can also be used for short pipe lengths by attaching the appropriate clamping systems to the feed table. The T-65 HFT machine can produce 8-54 mm (NS ¼” - 2″) collars on run pipes from 15-114 mm (NS ½” - 4″).

T-DRILL collars give the most reliable pipe connections used with the most demanding applications. Use T-DRILL - never experience leaks.

The following additional modules are optionally available:

Rotationally Operated Module
The pivoting module is an option when collaring at different angles. The standard pivoting module has a range of 15 degrees. Any other angle range is possible when using a different template. Changing templates when necessary is easy and quick.

Measurement Module
The optional measuring module increases the usability of the HFT when opening individual collars for products of mixed sizes. The measuring module shows the distance on a digital display.

IPC Module
The Hand Feed Table (HFT) main unit can also be equipped with a pneumatically operated Internal Punching Unit (IPC) for punching “IPC-collars” in sizes 6, 8, 10 or 12 mm (NS 1/4″, 5/16″, 3/8″, 1/2″) with fixed pipes.
