Hose Definition: Glass fiber coated and non-electrical conductivity hose used for the transport of cooling water in applications requiring high resistance against hot steel splashes and intense thermal radiation at 550°C.
Hose Structure: It is built on the mandrel (core).
Hose Inner Layer: Inner layer made of high temperature and ozone resistant synthetic rubber composition, white in color and without electrical conductivity.
Hose Outer Layer: Made of high temperature, weather and ozone resistant synthetic elastomer composition, white colored, high heat resistant glass fiber mesh coating, non-electrical conductivity exterior coating.
Operating Pressure: 20 Bar
Explosion Pressure: 60 Bar
Temperature Value: It is suitable for transporting cooling water between -35°C and +100°C. It is resistant to heat radiation up to 550°C.
