TCC-50 Automatic Pipe Cutting Machine for RL and Straight Pipes

If the diameter of the pipe to be cut is over 25 mm (1”), the TCC-50 RL is a practical solution.

The Automatic Trestle Loader is used when the raw material arrives in uniform lengths. Max. 4,000 mm (157”) and 6,000 mm (236”) pipe lengths are available. The table loader is integrated close to the machine, thus keeping the total system length as short as possible.

The TCC-50 offers a remarkable advantage when cutting straight pipes: minimum waste parts. The TCC-50 can change the cutting length automatically: for example, it can be programmed to cut a 6,000 mm (236”) long straight pipe so that the remaining waste piece is as short as possible. Applications have shown that three cutting lengths are sufficient to minimize the length of waste pieces.

If the TCC-50 can cut different lengths, it is only natural that it should be possible to sort these lengths automatically. For this reason, the TCC-50 is normally equipped with an automatic sorting table. This allows three different cutting lengths and waste pieces to be sorted into their own bins. For maximum cutting lengths from 2,000 mm - 6,000 mm (78” - 236”) different sorting tables are available.
