The TCC-50-MCS provides a cost-effective solution for those who need the benefits of chipless rotary cutting, but with lower volume requirements.

The pipe is manually loaded into the adjustable stopper by the operator, followed by automatic rotary cutting. With a digital readout, cutting length settings can be made quickly and accurately. The pipe diameter range is 1.5-50.8 mm (0.06-2″). The machine is suitable for copper, aluminum, brass, CuNi, mild and stainless steel.

Rotary cutting eliminates chips, scrap, secondary deburring and part washing. It is an environmentally friendly, quiet and fast cutting method. Ensuring minimum I.O. shrinkage is vital for secondary operations such as mandrel bending and independent tube end forming. With the TCC-50-MCS, this can be achieved using a fast, two-step cutting method.

This makes it easier to carry out secondary operations as the cut quality is usually good enough without deburring and chamfering of the tube ends. The method also allows for easy chaining of different processes such as cutting + tube end forming/bending.
