T-65 SS Portable Heavy Duty Collaring Machine for Stainless Steel Pipes

The powerful T-DRILL T-65 SS is the ideal, portable solution for making T-elbow joints in sizes 17-54 mm (3/8’ - 2’ D.D.) in just a few minutes on operated main pipes up to 300 mm (4’ D.D.). T-65 SS offers comparable quality to commercially available T-elbow joints, while profits will increase as the costs of cutting pipe, two welded joints and installation are eliminated.

If pipe polishing is required at the weld points, T-65 SS will reduce this as well as any inspection costs. The branch pipe can be connected to a formed spout by orbital welding or manual welding.

The ergonomically designed machine is easy and convenient to use as it has two handles; the top handle is used for drilling and the other for side movement of the guide hole. This minimizes the amount of force required to perform the operation and makes the collaring process extremely effortless for the user.
