The S-54 Collaring Machine with Automatic Feeding Table (AFT) provides a collaring solution to automatically open collars (manifolds, collection pipes) in the range 6-54 mm (¼” - 2⅛”).

S-54 produces quality collars in diameters up to 54 mm (2⅛”) in copper, aluminum, steel, stainless steel and other formable materials.
A range of equipment and automated systems are available for pipe positioning. It is possible to start with a stand-alone S-54 and then add pipe feeding equipment for more efficient production. A manual or an Automatic Feeding Table is available, as well as the fully automated S-54 TBC (Pipe Branching System).
