IPC Internal Punching Machine

The Internal Punching Unit (IPC) is a pneumatically operated collar opening unit for opening 6, 8, 10 or 12 mm “IPC-collars” with fixed tools. IPC-collars provide the best possible flow characteristics.

The IPC module works as a “stand-alone” solution or in combination with the Hand Feed Table HFT-2000. The IPC will utilize the mechanics on the table, including two axial templates for different manifold adjustment. The IPC unit always requires tooling for the specific size.

If the HFT-2000 and the T-DRILL T-35 or T-65 collaring machine are placed on the same infeed table, both solutions will work in parallel in the system, providing the optimal collar. If some special collar sizes are required, the T-DRILL unit can be set up in a few minutes to open the required size.
