Automatic Pipe Cutting Machine for TCC-50 RL and Straight Pipes

If the diameter of the pipe to be cut is over 25 mm (1”), the TCC-50 RL is a practical solution.

The Automatic Table Loader is used when raw material arrives in uniform lengths. Max. There are lengths for stand loaders for 4,000 mm (157”) and 6,000 mm (236”) pipes. The bench loader is closely integrated into the machine, thus keeping the overall system length as short as possible.

The TCC-50 offers a remarkable advantage when cutting straight pipes: minimal waste. The TCC-50 can automatically change the cutting length: for example, it can be programmed to cut 6,000 mm (236”) long straight pipe so that the remaining waste piece will be as short as possible. Practice has shown that three cutting lengths will suffice to minimize the length of the waste parts.

If the TCC-50 can cut different lengths, it is natural that it should be able to sort these lengths automatically. For this reason, the TCC-50 is normally equipped with an automatic sorting table. Thus, three different cutting lengths and waste pieces are sorted into their respective boxes. Different sorting tables are available for maximum cutting lengths from 2,000 mm to 6,000 mm (78” to 236”).
