Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”) entered into force on April 7, 2016; This Ormanlar Hortum Ve Bağlantı Elemanları Sanayi Ticaret Anonim Şirketi Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy (“KVK Policy”) has been prepared and put into effect for the purposes of ensuring the compliance of Ormanlar Hortum Ve Bağlantı Elemanları Sanayi Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Company” or “ORMANLAR HORTUM”) with the Law and determining the principles to be followed by ORMANLAR HORTUM in fulfilling the obligations regarding the protection and processing of personal data.

This PDP Policy determines the conditions for processing personal data and sets forth the main principles adopted by ORMANLAR HORTUM in the processing of personal data. Within this framework, the PDP Policy covers all personal data processing activities within the scope of the Law carried out by the Company for persons other than ORMANLAR HORTUM employees and all personal data owners whose personal data are processed by ORMANLAR HORTUM. Matters regarding the processing of personal data of ORMANLAR HORTUM employees are further regulated in the Policy on the Processing and Protection of Employee Personal Data of Ormanlar Hortum Ve Bağlantı Elemanları Sanayi Ticaret Anonim Şirketi.
