The portable T-115 Collaring Machine for branch connections directly produces extruded outlets for branch connections on operated pipes in sizes 33.7-323.9 mm (1’’-12’’) with branch pipe diameters up to 114.4 mm (4’’). The entire process, from pilot hole milling to trimming, is carried out in three steps on a single workstation.

Operating the T-115 machine is easy: the tools can be adjusted for different branch pipe sizes and the operation panel provides simple step-by-step instructions for starting and stopping the tapping, collaring and trimming cycles.

The T-115 is only 800 mm (32’’) wide and is designed to be easily transported by manual or motorized forklift. The shipping package also includes a convenient Tool Table with tool grips for easier handling of the machine and tools. It is an ideal solution for both factory and field use in a variety of industries, examples of which are given below:

The T-115 collar opening system includes the following units:
