The Main Collaring Machine S-54 can be equipped with a Manual Feeding Table (MFT) for easy production of pick-up tubes and manifolds. For example, you can produce an 8 mm pick-up tube with ten outlets in just one minute!

MFT is reliable and user-friendly. Positioning is based on the “pin in hole” method, which ensures precise positioning. Movement from one collar position to another is manually provided by the operator.

The standard MFT has three (3) positions where different collaring templates can be placed. The operator can then quickly select any of these 3 templates to be used for collaring jobs. A hole is drilled in the template for each collar position. This means that each pipe with different collar positions should have its own template.

Optionally, the machine can be delivered with a pipe rotation system where the pipe can be rotated at 15° intervals using the standard template. Other special radial templates are also available on request.

The standard versions are for pipes with lengths of 1,500, 2,500, 3,500, 4,500 and 6,000 mm. In some cases, complex bent pipes can also be processed.

The tools used to hold the pipe vary according to the end of the pipe; there are different tools for open and closed pipe ends.
